We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and customer service to our patients during evening and weekend hours. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a difference in the lives of our patients.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, as well as experience in the medical field and administrative record management. A strong customer service background is essential, with the ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
