Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our pediatric therapy team in Houston, TX. As a PT at Aveanna Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages in multiple settings, including our outpatient clinic and in-home care. You will be responsible for providing industry-leading pediatric therapy to help our patients make the most of their care or recovery. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in the clinic and home health settings
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans and provide ongoing care to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organization
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas
- Valid, unexpired Driver’s License and automotive insurance
- Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
- Ability to work in home and clinic-based settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
