About the Role: Providing Critical Support to Patients and Healthcare Professionals

As a Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative, you'll be the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing Opus Health programs. Your expertise will help resolve issues, answer questions, and provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers.
