Job Summary
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) remote role, with the expectation to work extra hours if needed to meet customer demands. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will provide real-time, hands-on support to customers, ensuring they receive their packages on time, as promised. You will also connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages.

Physical Demands
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds
- Standing, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching throughout shifts of up to 12 hours
- Operating in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided)
Essential Qualifications
- High school or equivalent degree
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to successfully prioritize work time to ensure performance
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Skillability in verbal and written communication skills
