Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, providing personalized support and solutions to their pet care needs, from shopping for pet supplies to resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records and take detailed notes while navigating our systems and the internet to provide effective support.
- Collaborate with teammates, managers, and other stakeholders using virtual tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to foster a culture of customer-centricity.
- Think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations and build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using computers, with strong data entry skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work requirements, including overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with pet care industry, products, and services (or a willingness to learn).
