About the Role

We're excited to offer a remote opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative. As a vital member of our team, you will answer inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services, providing exceptional support and explaining services and claims information. This is a full-time position with hours available between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through our monthly incentive program.
