Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Product Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of cross-functional partners to design, develop, and launch new products and features that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Defining vision and strategies for your product, using area expertise, internal and external best practices, and opening key new capabilities to deliver value to our customers and stakeholders
- Managing cross-functional leadership and partner alignment across partner teams, including Technology, Business, Design, and Product partners

- Integrating insights, proactively sharing recommendations and proposals on new product opportunities to win, and driving change through data-driven decision making
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and aligning product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from senior management
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 8 or more years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce and retail innovation
- Experience managing product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive into data and bring insights to drive change
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others, drive teams, manage stakeholders, and convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualifications

- Retail product experience, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and its trends
