Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience, and maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. You will work closely with our customers to help them find what they're looking for, provide solutions, and educate them on our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. As a key member of our team, you will also participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, as well as perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store and find what they're looking for
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to work nights and weekend closing shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store and climb ladders
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching required

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
