We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Outbound Product Manager to join our AWS Support Product team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the go-to-market strategy for our services, increasing support adoption and revenues, and championing the needs of our customers. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing product launch strategies, creating compelling product messaging, and driving sales pipeline growth and conversion. You will work closely with senior sales leaders, product development teams, and other internal stakeholders to align goals and drive successful product execution.
As a Senior Outbound Product Manager, your day will be filled with analyzing customer support requirements for key industries and verticals, building tailored support solutions that combine various capabilities, and working with senior sales leaders to incorporate these solutions into their sales strategy. You will also manage pipeline and conversion, ensuring that our go-to-market motions are strategic and help us scale the business non-linearly.

Our compensation package is competitive, with a base pay ranging from $158,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,000/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
