About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented Patient Experience Agent to join our team. As a Weekend Patient Experience Agent, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding customer support to our members. This is a part-time remote opportunity, approximately 20 hours per week, with a variety of shifts during the weekends. Key Responsibilities
- Provide our members with a fantastic customer service experience, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Take calls from our members and complete the intake process, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented accurately
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Utilize advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Office to manage member information, update records, and generate reports as needed
- Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies, and procedures, as well as recommending new approaches to enhance the customer experience
- Stay informed on related industry trends, news stories, and the competitive landscape, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our services and support
Essential Qualifications
- 2 years of experience engaging with customers and delivering exceptional customer service, with a proven track record of success in a call center setting or medical office
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
- Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Some college courses completed, with a high school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking members and families
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a telemedicine or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service technologies
