Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each child, using the Creative Curriculum framework
- Maintain accurate records of child development, including progress reports, assessments, and parent-teacher conferences
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with the Early Learning Manager and other staff members to achieve program goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
