Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement: Reach out to leads through phone calls to pitch our product offerings and generate interest. You'll be responsible for building rapport with potential clients and identifying their needs.
• Managing Online Events: Inform leads about our upcoming webinars and events, and encourage them to participate. You'll be the face of our company, promoting our products and services to potential clients.
• Follow-Up Calls: Follow up with interested leads to drive conversions and address any questions they may have. Your goal is to convert leads into customers and ensure they're satisfied with our products.
• Marketing Collateral Sharing: Send relevant marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and presentations, to leads via email or text to keep them informed and engaged. You'll be responsible for creating a lasting impression and building a strong brand presence.
• Report Conversion Data: Maintain records of your outreach and conversions, and report daily activity to the team. Your insights will help us refine our strategies and improve our customer engagement.

Who Can Apply

We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about customer service and driven to succeed. To be eligible for this internship, you must:

• Be available for a work-from-home internship
• Be able to start the internship between 6th Dec'24 and 10th Jan'25
• Be available for a duration of 3 months
• Possess relevant skills and interests

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in MS-Excel
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications
