As a Customer Service Representative - Small Business, you will become an expert in one of our two unique small business lending brands through our comprehensive 4-week training program. Your primary responsibility will be to provide superior customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and educating them on our products and services.
