As a Strategic Contingent Workforce Manager at Workwarp, you'll be part of a high-performing team responsible for the operational maintenance of our contingent workforce program. You'll collaborate closely with key cross-functional partners, including Diversity & Belonging, Legal, Procurement, HR, and various business units to ensure efficient program management. As the Strategic Contingent Workforce Manager, you'll be responsible for driving operational efficiencies in our contingent workforce program by managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and optimizing performance. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improving contingent worker processes, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting hiring managers in leveraging contingent talent strategically. You'll lead the charge on automating processes to streamline workforce engagement and compliance, all while maintaining alignment with evolving business priorities.
