As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for teaching, training, and coaching associates, as well as driving sales growth, managing expenses, and ensuring operational excellence.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will:
- Lead and develop teams by providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Drive financial performance by analyzing sales and profit results, managing expenses, and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and manage expenses
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
