We are seeking a dynamic and confident Pure Barre Fitness Instructor to join our team at Pure Barre Kildeer-Deer Park in Kildeer, IL. As a Pure Barre instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate clients to reach their fitness goals while sharing your passion for wellness and fitness.
About Us: Pure Barre is a high-energy, low-impact workout that combines elements of dance, Pilates, and yoga to create a unique and challenging experience. Our studio is dedicated to providing a supportive and inspiring environment for our clients, and we are looking for instructors who share our passion for fitness and community.
Responsibilities:
- Teach a minimum of 5 classes per week, including early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Plan and prepare for each class, including studying choreography and class planning
- Learn and master new choreography on a quarterly basis
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in class, and demonstrate a passion for fitness and wellness
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Dependable and strong work ethic, with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Confidence to lead a room of 20+ people and maintain high energy for 50-minute classes
- Musicality and ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music
