About the Role
As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant (PSC) in charge of DSP, you'll manage the end-to-end experience of our enterprise agency and advertiser clients, driving the overall expertise for our programmatic advertising DSP. You'll leverage your expertise in advertising technology, programmatic advertising, and the Amazon DSP to develop our customers into proficient users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end experience of enterprise agency and advertiser clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support
- Developing and delivering training programs to help customers understand and optimize their use of the Amazon DSP
- Providing product deep dives and customized solutions to address customer objectives and challenges
- Collaborating with internal support teams to address customer needs and drive product enhancements
- Acting as the voice of the customer to help drive product development and solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including traders and product managers
Key Responsibilities
As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
Customer Success
- Understanding customer objectives and finding solutions to address them via training, product deep dives, and adopting Amazon technologies
- Developing and delivering customized solutions to meet customer needs and drive business results
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including traders and product managers
Product Expertise
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Amazon DSP and its capabilities
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in programmatic advertising and advertising technology
- Providing product deep dives and customized solutions to address customer objectives and challenges
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborating with internal support teams to address customer needs and drive product enhancements
- Acting as the voice of the customer to help drive product development and solutions
- Communicating effectively with customers, including traders and product managers, in their local language
Requirements and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and advertising technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or online advertising
- Familiarity with the Amazon DSP and its capabilities
