The role is designed for driven sales professionals who can effectively close deals and manage pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- CLOSE WARM INBOUND LEADS
- Handle 10+ warm inbound leads daily- all customers have recently requested a quote directly from our company
- Respond within 5 minutes (speed-to-lead = your income)
- Use a consultative, value-driven approach to educate customers, share pricing, and book appointments
- Own your pipeline inside GoHighLevel- tasks, notes, follow-ups, and deal management
- Close deals consistently using rapport, discovery, and emotional connection
- Adopt of mindset of continuous improvement, taking charge of your own success and staying up to date with best practices
- PIPELINE & FOLLOW-UP MANAGEMENT
- Execute structured, multi-touch follow-ups to convert undecided leads
- Maintain clean, organized CRM hygiene
- Stay highly active: calls, texts, emails- whatever gets the close
- Keep your pipeline moving daily with urgency and discipline
Skills
- 1–2+ years of phone-based closing experience (high-ticket preferred)
- Home office set up
- Strong sales fundamentals: discovery, objection handling, tonality, and emotional intelligence
- Fast, disciplined, highly organized- you follow systems and respond quickly
- Team-first mindset- collaborative, coachable, and competitive in a healthy way
- High personal accountability- you can operate without micromanagement
- Automotive or detailing industry experience
- Experience in a remote sales environment
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
