The Account Coordinator will support account teams, assist in project management, draft content, and provide administrative support to ensure the success and growth of the agency.
Responsibilities
- Supporting account teams as directed
- Expanding knowledge and understanding of communication tactics
- Drafting content
- Using project management tools such as agendas, recaps, and trackers delegated by account directors
- Conducting research
- Participating in professional development activities
- Daily administrative support to account teams, clients, and patients
Skills
- Two- or four-year degree from a college or university or one to three years of work experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience or internships within the following areas: PR/communications, Public health, Sciences, Healthcare
- A dedication to delivering the highest-quality work product via attention to detail and time management
- Strong writing, proofreading, and communications skills
- The willingness and ability to handle daily administrative tasks
- A passion for impacting the lives of patients each and every day
