Training & Onboarding

All new hires will complete a comprehensive four‑week virtual training program covering arenaflex’s product portfolio, claims processing workflows, communication best practices, and compliance standards. Training sessions run Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Upon successful completion, associates transition to a permanent schedule that can start as early as 7 a.m. CST and end as late as 7 p.m. CST, providing flexibility to accommodate personal commitments.
