- Provide essential support for data entry, platform upkeep, and organization, collaborating with colleagues to maintain clean, organized, and current data.
- Utilize Salesforce applications effectively, with a preference for candidates familiar with Changescout or similar software.
- Collect and manage data proficiently, facilitating seamless project workflows and assisting in the entry of invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasts into project cost tracking systems.
- Support change management processes through the review, processing, and structuring of information, communicating clearly and effectively across teams and departments to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Required Skills:
- Relevant experience in data entry or data analysis, particularly with Salesforce platforms.
- Familiarity with change management practices and tools is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to attend onsite meetings at least once a week, contingent upon location.
Qualifications:
