- Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other departments to collect essential information for data entry tasks.
- Process and track forms, including purchase orders, invoices, and project documents, ensuring the accurate capture of all relevant information.
- Assist in creating reports that summarize data to support project decision-making.
- Utilize data management software and tools effectively to manage and manipulate data, while staying updated on relevant technologies to enhance data entry efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiar with data management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, ideally within an engineering or technical environment.
