Key Responsibilities:
As a Reservation Agent at U-Haul, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support: Assist with calls from and to customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Equipment Management: Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status.
- Inventory Management: Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
- U-Box Support: Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Reservation Agent at U-Haul, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Office Equipment Knowledge: Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
- Customer Service Skills: Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, reservation management, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with software applications and technology, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
