As a Restorative Assistant, you will play a vital role in our long-term care team, providing essential support to our residents and nursing staff. You'll assist with personal care, maintenance therapy programs, and activities that promote health, comfort, and functional ability. Your compassion, empathy, and attention to detail will make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, and you'll be an integral part of our team.
This role requires very heavy work, exerting over 25 pounds of force constantly, and/or more than 50 pounds frequently, and/or more than 100 pounds of force occasionally. You will be required to work designated shift lengths, including 8 and 12 hours, which may include night shifts or occasional irregular hours. You will also be exposed to radiation and contaminated needles and infectious body substances.
