Job Overview: Senior Account Executive
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive to lead our enterprise sales efforts. As a Senior Account Executive at TeamOut, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by closing deals with major clients. You'll work closely with our founders, sales development team, product team, and customer success team to identify new opportunities, develop innovative sales strategies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from discovery to close for enterprise-level clients, ensuring seamless execution and timely closure.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including SDRs, Product Team, Founders, and CS to ensure demos, documentation, and other sales assets are prepared on time.
- Innovative Sales Strategies: Develop and implement creative strategies for prospecting, demoing, and closing clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Sales Playbook Development: Collaborate with our founders to continuously build and refine our sales playbook, ensuring we're always improving our sales processes and staying ahead of the competition.
- Product Feedback and Improvement: Work closely with our product and engineering teams to communicate product feedback and drive improvements, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- SaaS Sales Experience: A proven track record in a SaaS company, with a deep understanding of the sales landscape and the skills to navigate it.
- Results-Driven: A go-getter who takes swift action and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, driving results and achieving sales targets.
- Team Player: A highly energetic and positive team player who lifts those around you, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Proactive and Adaptable: Proactive, eager to embrace new challenges, and unafraid of taking big risks, with a flexible mindset and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Customer Relationship Building: Excellent at building strong customer relationships, with the ability to engage with clients in a variety of settings, from formal meetings to informal social events.
