Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative creative concepts and high-quality verbal content that aligns with our brand strategy across various print and digital media, focusing on our retail channels.
- Craft effective marketing copy that meets project specifications and creative briefs, ensuring consistency with our brand voice.
- Conduct in-depth research on clients, competitors, and target audiences to inform creative strategy and execution.
- Provide writing support across aligned client groups and other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
- Produce original, clear, and credible copy, taking ownership of the final development of creative assets.
- Ensure all messaging adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Execute writing requests with precision, ensuring error-free work that meets client edits and factual accuracy.

Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience in a creative or writing capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Experience working in an external or in-house agency environment.
- Three or more years of professional-level writing experience, preferably in a B2B context.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with AP and/or Chicago Manual of Style.
