Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at arenaflex. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with and manage day-to-day relationships with our clients across various industries, including Financial Institutions, Equipment Leasing & Finance, Agricultural Lending Companies, Mortgage Lenders & Services, Factoring, Corporations, Solar & Title Companies. Your expertise will help reduce risk in their lending cycle, increase business agility, and simplify workflows. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will take on a larger responsibility in the office, managing top clients with personalized services, leading projects, mentoring team members, participating in sales calls, organizing company events, and assisting with system testing.
