Job Purpose and Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Telemed team by ensuring all incoming work is assigned and completed within the same day. As a remote interviewer and customer service representative, your daily duties will include answering incoming telephones for Telemed interviews, field offices, agents, brokers, applicants, and clients. You will also handle complaints as needed and demonstrate a basic understanding of the paramedical process.
