As a Senior Network Process & Quality expert, you will:
- Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compatibility with existing methods and quality standards
- Conduct feasibility studies, analyze data, and provide recommendations for network process enhancements
- Design and develop network methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to measure results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align improvements with network performance shortfalls and provide consultation on reengineering techniques
- Develop and implement network performance metrics, process control points, and results management
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance on process and compliance matters
Requirements:
- Intermediate level experience (3-5 years) in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of network technologies and quality standards
- BS degree in Math, Science, or Engineering preferred, or equivalent related network experience
- Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role, with a focus on network process and quality improvement
