Job Overview
As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Workwarp, you will play a pivotal role in leading an agile team of developers and senior developers. Your primary focus will be on driving technical debt reduction projects, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to participate in solution brainstorming with our Architect. You will be responsible for hands-on development using apex coding, flows, functions, lightning web components, and communities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an agile team of developers and senior developers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with the Architect to brainstorm solutions, leveraging your knowledge of the Salesforce roadmap to drive innovation and technical debt reduction.
- Develop and deliver on tech debt elimination/reduction user stories in areas such as apex trigger and code optimization, SF flow consolidation, data governance, and archival approaches.
- Design, plan, and develop solutions using Sales/Service cloud and SFDC CPQ package, along with other required tools and packages.
- Ensure the cleanup of page layouts, objects (standard and custom), and replacement of active Visual Force Pages with LWC, Flow, Dynamic Forms, etc.
- Utilize VS code, GitHub, and Atlassian JIRA to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong background in leading agile teams and driving technical debt reduction projects.
- Hands-on experience with apex coding, flows, functions, lightning web components, and communities.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales/Service cloud and SFDC CPQ package, along with other tools and packages required for tech debt elimination/reduction.
- Experience with VS code, GitHub, and Atlassian JIRA.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce roadmap and its applications in solution brainstorming.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with OrgCheck, Package Usage Summary, PMD, Persona, and Territory management.
- Knowledge of trigger framework and its applications in tech debt reduction.
- Familiarity with VS code extensions or packages for identifying tech debt.
- Experience with impact analysis for unmanaged code from ISV providers.
