Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Transit Information Service Specialist and Installation Lead position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for the application and installation of all pieces of transit information, including bus stop signs, long-term rider alerts, maps, holders, poles, and special installations. As a leader in our team, you will provide work direction to support staff, specifically the Transit Information Installer position, Transit Information Services Support Specialist, and vendors. Your key responsibilities will include:
