We are seeking a strategic and analytical Product Manager – Growth Strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across our SaaS and AI-enabled platforms. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS, fintech, health tech, or enterprise software and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable product growth.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Own the growth roadmap and prioritize high-impact experiments and features.
• Define KPIs and analyze user behavior using analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Looker, etc.).
• Translate growth opportunities into clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, data, and AI/ML teams.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to improve onboarding, adoption, and retention.
• Conduct market and competitive research across SaaS, fintech, AI, health tech, and enterprise segments.
• Support compliance, security, and data governance considerations where applicable (e.g., HIPAA, PCI, KYC/AML).
Required Qualifications
• 12–15+ years of product management or growth experience in SaaS, AI, fintech, health tech, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of growth frameworks (AARRR, North Star Metric, Growth Loops).
• Hands-on experience with analytics, experimentation, and agile product development.
• Technical proficiency and ability to work with engineering and data/AI teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience scaling SaaS or enterprise products.
• Familiarity with ML systems, APIs, cloud platforms, or microservices.
• Exposure to fintech (PCI, KYC/AML) or health tech (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR) compliance.
• Experience with pricing optimization, subscription models, or PLG strategies.
