About Our Customer Service Team

Our customer service department plays a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience on our platform. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, engaging and delighting our broad variety of customers (sellers and buyers) by solving complex challenges and managing disputes and complaints. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer queries in a correct and timely manner via diverse channels, including chat, email, phone, and social media. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer support, finding fitting solutions to all problems in a patient and empathetic way.
