Job Overview: Client Success Representative - Overnight Shift

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Success Representative to join our team on an overnight shift. As a Client Success Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and our business service specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from clients and potential customers, directing them to the appropriate department or specialist
• Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience
• Utilize our internal system, Newtracker, to enter client information and assign referrals to the relevant department, ensuring efficient workload distribution
• Serve as a quality assurance checkpoint, identifying and alerting management to any issues or concerns
• Cross-sell Newtek services to new and existing customers, promoting our products and services that can help businesses grow and thrive
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of our business units, including lending, payroll, merchant processing, insurance, and technology
• Provide timely and accurate status updates on assigned referrals to management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Client Success Representative, you'll need:

• 2-3 years of phone experience, preferably in a customer-facing or sales environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
• A flexible work ethic, with the ability to work varying hours and days, including holidays
• The capacity to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a financial services or business solutions environment
