Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative – Vehicle Sales Support is the trusted point of contact for arenaflex’s retail vehicle sales customers. You will manage inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, and text, guiding customers through pre‑purchase inquiries, order processing, and post‑sale support. By owning each case from initial contact to resolution, you ensure a seamless experience that reflects arenaflex’s brand promise of reliability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Field inbound calls, respond to emails and texts, and conduct outbound outreach to generate leads and nurture existing relationships.
- Case Ownership: Open, document, and manage each customer inquiry (case) in arenaflex’s CRM, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with vehicle selection, pricing information, financing options, and order placement, driving conversion rates and meeting sales targets.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Maintenance, and Asset Management teams to align inventory availability with customer demand.
- Inventory Management: Monitor rental‑truck inventory levels, communicate shortages, and work with maintenance to expedite readiness.
- Documentation & Order Generation: Create accurate purchase orders, repair orders, and related documentation; maintain organized digital files for audit compliance.
- Parts & Cost Containment: Support parts inventory planning, process warranty claims, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Follow all arenaflex, local, state, and federal regulations; uphold data‑privacy standards and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on workflow bottlenecks, suggest process enhancements, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors that support the overall success of the Vehicle Sales Support function.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Residency in the state of Georgia with reliable high‑speed internet access for remote work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating CRM platforms.
