Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Customer Relations Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that Executive Customer Relations team members are executing strategy and taking timely and appropriate action to resolve customer issues and rebuild customer relationships
- Serving as an escalation point for team members, providing guidance and support to resolve complex or sensitive customer situations
- Analyzing workload and making case assignments to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Providing proactive case guidance and real-time support to team members
- Preparing business partner and leadership trend data regarding customer pain points and case summaries to update executives and stakeholders
- Managing, coaching, and mentoring team members to ensure they are representing the Lowe's Executive Office in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining consistent execution and meeting quality standards of performance while delivering key operational metrics
- Performing case audits to ensure the appropriate level of urgency is being used and engaging other teams as needed
- Developing, reporting, and reviewing metrics to drive performance, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Negotiating and communicating offers for compensation and final resolution to customers
- Maintaining a professional, courteous, and caring attitude in all customer interactions
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of contact center experience
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or communications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
