About the Opportunity
Our client, Estaff LLC, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to work remotely from anywhere in Texas. As the Aging/Disability Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational scope, technical architecture, and vendor resources associated with implementing a re-procured SaaS solution. This is a unique chance to leverage your expertise in project management, SaaS solutions, and the aging/disability sector to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive program implementation approach and establish protocols to manage the successor solution based on RFO requirements.
- Collaborate with outgoing and incoming service vendors to deliver a fully integrated SaaS solution with a web-based interface, utilizing a comprehensive database to store information and generate accurate reports.
- Support multiple concurrent users across the State, ensuring the system maintains call information, consumer data, assessment and eligibility data, service delivery, service activity, and Ombudsman information to satisfy Federal reporting requirements.
- Manage and track project scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring successful implementation within the given timeframe.
- Provide expert guidance on SaaS information management solutions, business process modeling, and system architecting.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess the following minimum requirements:
- 8 years of experience in system/software development and maintenance, with knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Agile, and DevOps implementations and methodologies.
- 8 years of experience in leveraging and applying current state business process modeling notation methodologies.
- 8 years of experience in complex system/forms/configuration/data migration and system architecting.
- 8 years of experience in managing multiple workstream projects and costs.
- Advanced skills using MS Office applications, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 8 years of experience with SaaS information management solutions that support aging/disability and ombudsman program areas.
- 8 years of experience with federally funded subrecipient vendor programs.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Experience working with government-funded programs and understanding their unique requirements.
- Knowledge of healthcare and social services industry trends and regulations.
- Certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile certifications.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
