As a Cleaning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our 30 units in the Shadyside and Friendship neighborhoods are spotless and guest-ready between check-ins, providing a top-notch experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare 2-5 units daily between check-out and check-in times (typically 10 am - 4 pm) to ensure they're guest-ready.
- Complete all laundry on-site during the check-in/check-out window using the washer-dryer facilities available in each unit.
- Assist with restocking supplies (toiletries, paper products, etc.) as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues to the manager.
- Ensure units are turned over on time to meet guest check-in schedules.
What We're Looking For
As an Airbnb Cleaning Specialist, you'll be working autonomously most days, but you'll also collaborate with our supportive team on larger projects. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Reliability: Punctuality is critical. You must be able to start on time each day and complete cleans as scheduled.
- A working vehicle for transportation to and from our properties.
- A smartphone for communication and scheduling.
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail to ensure every guest has an excellent experience.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
No prior cleaning experience is required; we'll fully train you on our systems and processes to ensure you're set up for success. However, having a background in housekeeping or a related field is a plus. We're looking for individuals who are:
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Physically able to perform the tasks required, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Able to work independently and manage their time effectively.
- Excellent communicators, able to report any issues or concerns to our management team.
What We Offer
As an Airbnb Cleaning Specialist with Pittsburgh Furnished Rentals LLC, you'll enjoy:
- A competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $18/hour, depending on experience and performance.
- Daily pay, with a typical daily earning range of $75 - $110.
- A daily minimum pay guarantee of $40 - $90/day, depending on workload and experience.
