Key Responsibilities

• Offer consistently first-rate customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points.
• Carry out various airport-associated tasks and be prepared to support daily operations in areas such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAC).
• Work closely with and take instructions from the team leader responsible for the flight/work areas/shift.
• Conduct relevant administrative tasks, including ATAC, pre-flight, and post-flight departure procedures.
• Represent American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centered approach at all times.
• Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to customers.
• Attend and complete all mandatory training within given time limits.
• Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times.
• Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the post.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid BAA Airside Pass.
• GSAT training.
• Willingness and ability to complete all relevant training.
• A valid DVLA driving license, with the willingness to apply for a BAA driving license as required.
• Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a valid BAA Jet Bridge Permit as required.

Preferred Qualifications
