Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze source and destination data stores to map data elements between systems, ensuring seamless data integration and transformation.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documents, including Source to Target Mapping (STTM) and design documents, to facilitate data pipeline development and testing.
• Identify current data gaps and create detailed documentation to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Develop mapping documents that enable data engineers and testers to build and test data pipelines efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new source systems based on client direction and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical requirements, driving project success.

Essential Qualifications
