You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and problem-solving, to support our Alternate Investments team. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform day-to-day reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternate Investments * Process trade buy and sell transactions in client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Identify and resolve discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer representatives * Handle Business Action Celebrations, settle and reconcile transactions, and process returns * Conduct research on complex and escalated problems, and execute testing and validation of new technology enhancements and supplier adjustments * Perform tasks in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Company Activities that directly impact Client/Advisor accounts **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial industry, particularly in Alternate Investments * Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3 * Familiarity with tax programming and coding * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools * Certification in data entry or a related field is a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
