Job Summary
As a Remote Chat Agent at KeyGlee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding, utilizing problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless communication.
- Meet and Exceed Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics, striving for continuous improvement.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- 0-2 Years of Customer Service Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience, with chat experience being a plus.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer Software and Technology: Basic knowledge of computer software and technology, with a strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Chat Software and Technology: Experience with chat software and technology, including live chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of Customer Service Principles and Practices: Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Certification in Customer Service: Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation.
- Experience Working in a Call Center or Customer Service Environment: Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service operations and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Available shifts are all days except Sundays. We offer a flexible scheduling environment, with opportunities to work a variety of shifts and schedules.
