About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our elite tutoring service by contacting, developing, and closing inbound leads. You'll work closely with our students and their families to understand their tutoring needs and provide tailored recommendations. Key Responsibilities

• Make 60-80 outbound calls to qualified and interested customers daily, promoting our tutoring services and building strong relationships.
• Contact, develop, and close inbound leads in our student tutoring business, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Understand families' tutoring needs and make appropriate recommendations to help students excel in their studies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced business environment, leveraging your sales expertise and creativity.
• Utilize our CRM application to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and commitment to success, adhering to our company's values and mission.

Essential Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of successful inside sales experience, preferably in the education or tutoring industry.
• A strong understanding of tutoring and its importance in helping students achieve their academic goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• A proven track record of closing inbound leads and meeting sales targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable access to a desktop or laptop computer with a headset and a strong, consistent internet connection.

What We Offer

As a contract Inside Sales Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $18 per hour, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per week. You'll also be eligible for an additional incentive program based on hitting specific sales revenue targets.
