Key Responsibilities
- Operate company-owned flatbed trucks, including Hino Cab-over medium duty flatbed and Kenworth day cab with new 53' trailer, to deliver and pick up products from customers.
- Navigate local and regional routes, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to DOT regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks on assigned vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, representing Mid South Roller and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including logs and delivery documentation.
- Participate in company-sponsored training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial flatbed driving experience.
- Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and a commitment to safety.
