Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Math Instructor/Tutor to join our team in Bedford, TX. As a Math Instructor/Tutor at Mathnasium of Bedford, you will have the opportunity to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students. You will be responsible for providing exceptional instruction and tutoring services, participating in positive interactions with parents, and establishing a high level of confidence and program value. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
- Participate in positive interactions with parents, establishing a high level of confidence and program value, and communicating effectively with them about their child's progress.
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies in math education.
- Teach in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices, which include individualized instruction in a group setting.
- Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions, working collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students and identifying areas where they may need extra support.
- Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework, providing constructive feedback that helps students improve their understanding and skills.
- Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment, ensuring that the center is well-organized and conducive to learning.
- Assist with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the center and the success of the team.
Essential Qualifications
