About the New Verticals Team

The New Verticals team is a vital part of DoorDash's Merchant Services organization, focusing on creating and updating catalogs and menus for merchants to sell their products on our platform. As a Team Lead, you'll oversee a team of skilled support staff, ensuring they deliver top-notch service to our merchants and internal stakeholders. You'll work closely with your team to achieve operational KPIs, provide real-time feedback, and drive process improvements.
