The Role: Microsoft Office Suites Online Instructor
As a Microsoft Office Suites Online Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our students in the realm of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and more. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team dedicated to educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online training sessions for students, ensuring engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Provide online support to students, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement different teaching strategies to keep learners engaged and motivated.
- Teach both foundational and advanced concepts of Microsoft Office Applications, tailoring instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Applications suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) to deliver high-quality training.
- Facilitate online webinars and workshops, leveraging technology to create immersive learning environments.
- Maintain a flexible and manageable schedule, adhering to the Toronto Eastern Standard Time-zone.
- Ensure the use of high-quality equipment (laptop/computer, video camera, mic, and speaker) for online instruction.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in online teaching or instructing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), with the ability to teach both basic and advanced concepts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- At least 2 years of experience working with PCs in a Windows environment, ensuring compatibility with our technical requirements.
- Experience in facilitating online webinars and workshops, with a focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or training in Microsoft Office Applications or related fields.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
