Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret high-volume inbound calls from Spanish to English and vice versa, in a variety of industries, including healthcare, government, insurance, financial services, travel, and hospitality.
• Translate conversations that may be simple, complex, or technical, requiring strong language skills and attention to detail.
• Work from home, using your personal iPhone or Android phone, high-speed internet connection, and dedicated workspace.
• Participate in video interpreting calls, using a dry erase marker board and camera.
• Handle telephone calls on demand, in a quiet home office environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients receive high-quality interpretation services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent language skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including Saturdays.
• Manual dexterity to type or write notes, with basic computer skills.
• High-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace.
• Personal iPhone or Android phone, with camera and dry erase marker board.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in interpretation or translation, particularly in a customer-facing role.
• Education or work experience in teaching, translation, or a related field.
• Experience working in a remote or home-based environment.
