Job Summary
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be the face of our company online, interacting with customers through live chat and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate information to customers.
- Lead Generation: Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Interaction Summarization: Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have valuable insights into customer interactions.
- Knowledge Base Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base that reflects the evolving products and services offered by our clients.
- Multitasking: Demonstrate strong multitasking skills, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous Experience: While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary. We welcome applicants with a strong passion for customer service and technology.
- Technical Skills: Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required. Experience with gaming or other software applications is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
