About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Real Estate Virtual Assistant to work remotely and support our real estate operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing listings, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage listings and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and transaction documentation in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects identified from various lead sources, ensuring accurate records and follow-up activities.
- Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, buyers, and sellers through the upkeep of a CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our standards.
- Manage listings, monitor staging and repairs, and coordinate open-house events and other promotional activities to drive sales and growth.
- Gather information about market insights and locational amenities to provide assistance in client selections and support informed decision-making.
- Set appointments and meetings between buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform general administration tasks and ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements. These include:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in business-related programs, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
- At least 1-year proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role, with a track record of success and achievement in the industry.
- Proficiency in CRM and Multiple Listing Software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Proficiency in Property Management software (such as Appfolio, Buildium, etc.), with experience in managing properties and supporting clients.
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience, with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Working knowledge of content management systems, with the ability to create and edit content, and manage digital platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Technical Requirements
To perform this role, you will need to have access to the following technical equipment and infrastructure:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature, ensuring high-quality audio and minimizing distractions.
- Working Webcam, enabling video conferencing and virtual meetings.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM, providing sufficient processing power and memory for demanding tasks.
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection, ensuring fast and reliable internet access.
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps, providing a redundant connection and minimizing downtime.

Work Schedule and Location
This is a remote job, with a schedule that aligns with US work hours (20-40 hours per week). You will need to be located in the US and have a reliable internet connection to perform this role.
Salary and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range, depending on your experience and qualifications. The salary ranges are as follows:
- Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to $3,200
- Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to $4,000
- Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to $5,000
